Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior AI Product Owner to lead the product lifecycle for AI offerings, from user research and data analysis to feature releases and performance monitoring. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; focus in business, accounting, computer or information science, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Eight+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environment required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert for AI products across BDO.
• Conducts workshops to gather product feedback and align with customer needs.
• Advocates for AI products and drives adoption within the firm.
• Maintains a robust feedback loop with users for continuous product improvements.
• Defines KPIs and success metrics for AI products.
• Writes user stories and prioritizes the backlog for high-impact features.
• Oversees product roadmaps and release planning for AI products.
