BDO USA is seeking a Senior AI Product Owner to lead the AI product lifecycle, from user research and data analysis to feature release and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

You will prioritize the product backlog, define success metrics, and drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve offerings.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role in Agile environments.
• Experience with AI tools and AI product development is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ethical considerations in AI deployment.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a subject matter expert for AI products at BDO, capable of demonstrating capabilities to users and groups.
• Conducts workshops to gather product feedback and align with customer needs and firm strategy.
• Advocates for AI products within the firm and promotes adoption across teams.
• Establishes a robust feedback loop with users to inform product improvements.
• Defines and monitors KPIs and success metrics for AI products.
