Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior AI Product Owner to lead the lifecycle of AI products, from user research and data analysis to feature releases and performance monitoring. You will drive adoption, set success metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to promote AI capabilities across the firm.

The role requires strong product mindset, experience with agile teams, and a keen eye for business impact, ethics, and governance in AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Eight (8)+ years as a Product Owner/BA in Agile environment
• Experience with AI tools preferred
• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for AI products across the firm
• Prioritize product backlog and define success metrics
• Collaborate with teams to promote AI product adoption
• Maintain feedback loop with users for product improvements
• Define and monitor KPIs and release roadmaps
• Ensure ethical and technical standards in AI development
• Write user stories and participate in sprint planning
