Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior AI Product Owner to lead AI product strategy, lifecycle, and adoption across the firm. You will own roadmaps, define success metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high-impact AI features while ensuring ethical and compliant development.

You will work with user research, data analysis, and KPI tracking to continuously improve offerings and drive AI-driven value for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Experience managing Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, ML trends, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear AI product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as SME for AI products within BDO and demonstrates capabilities to users.
• Gathers feedback from diverse groups and aligns with firm strategy.
• Defines KPIs and tracks AI product performance.
• Creates and maintains AI product roadmaps and release plans.
• Writes user stories and prioritizes backlogs for high-impact AI features.
• Promotes adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
• Collaborates with engineering, design, and analytics teams to improve offerings.
• Documents features and provides regular performance reports to leadership.
