Barclays Services LLC seeks an AVP AI Engineer in Henderson, NV to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions across the enterprise. The role emphasizes scalable backend services, cloud-native AI workloads, and strong governance practices.

The position involves building end-to-end data-driven applications, collaborating with business and technology teams, and delivering production-ready AI capabilities in a finance environment.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy AI/GenAI apps including RAG, conversational AI, and agentic workflows.
• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with enterprise data platforms.
• Architect and manage cloud-native AI workloads on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, model deployment frameworks, monitoring and telemetry.
• Design secure networking solutions (VPC, private connectivity, load balancing, API gateways).
• Optimize AI application performance, scalability, availability, and cost across compute, storage, networking.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps with versioning, testing, deployment, observability, rollback, lifecycle management.
• Partner with stakeholders to deploy production-ready AI while adhering to governance.
