Qualifications

• Experience designing Java Spring Boot applications and microservices.
• Proven AWS cloud experience with security and governance.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Experience with Databricks PySpark workloads.
• Knowledge of Generative AI using Bedrock and related controls.
• Strong Scrum Master / Agile capabilities and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to mentor engineers and participate in interviews.
• Collaborate across teams on OpenShift and workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices with performance goals.
• Build and manage AWS-based cloud environments for workloads and security.
• Create and operate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab for automated builds and deployments.
• Develop PySpark workloads in Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Lead GenAI initiatives using Bedrock with governance and controls.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and remove impediments.
• Collaborate across teams on OpenShift deployments and orchestration tasks.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical interviews.
• Communicate complex technical information to stakeholders clearly.
