Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional to drive territory growth for our AI-powered automotive technology. You will advise dealership leaders on modernizing operations and work with internal teams to support customer success.

With 5+ years in automotive software sales, you will prospect, manage a robust pipeline, and lead consultative demos to expand strategic accounts across the US.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in automotive software sales or related customer-facing auto role.
• Proven track record of creating new opportunities and meeting growth targets within a geographic territory.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and tailored product demos.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, presentations, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience growing existing accounts and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Prospect dealership decision-makers through outreach, referrals, networking, meetings, and industry events.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline and advance opportunities through the sales stages.
• Lead consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and presentations tailored to dealership needs.
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet customers and ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Operations for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts and stay current on automotive trends and competing solutions.
