Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services seeks a Business Solutions Engineer - AI & Automation to accelerate value by building AI-powered solutions, automating workflows, and modernizing business processes. You will prototype and deploy across logistics, field service, and compliance domains, partnering with IT, business teams, and Global Digital Innovation.

Reporting to the VP of IT US, this hands-on role focuses on execution, MVPs, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency and reduce costs across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
3+ years of hands-on software development experience across backend, frontend, and data layers.
1+ year applying Generative AI technologies to accelerate delivery and automate tasks.
Experience modernizing legacy applications and working with cloud/low-code tools.

Responsibilities

Prototype and deliver AI-powered digital solutions and MVPs.
Design, build, and deploy business-focused digital solutions including logistics platforms.
Translate ambiguous challenges into scalable applications and modernize workflows.
Collaborate with IT, BRMs, and leadership to align solutions with governance standards.
