This hands-on role works with business leaders, operational teams, IT, and Global Digital Innovation to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve solutions that increase efficiency and modernize processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software development across backend, frontend, and data layers.
• 1+ year experience applying Generative AI to accelerate delivery and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs using AI-assisted development.
• Build digital solutions including logistics platforms and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into scalable applications.
• Collaborate with BRMs, IT, security and Global Digital Innovation to align needs.
• Ensure production readiness and continuously improve deployed solutions.
