Job summary

WTW seeks a hands-on corporate communications specialist to embed AI, automation and data into workflows across internal and external communications, change management, intranet governance and leadership enablement.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Projects, Communication, you will collaborate with IT, ICCM and external vendors to design practical solutions, drive adoption, and measure impact across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communication, marketing, business, technology or related field.
• Experience implementing AI/automation in corporate communications.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate the AI/automation roadmap into practical workflows that reduce manual effort.
• Identify and prioritize workflow improvement opportunities across internal and external comms and change management.
• Partner with leaders and IT to design seamless ways of working.
• Assess AI capabilities across the communications tech stack to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with the Shared AI Solutions Developer to deliver prioritized solutions.
• Support adoption with playbooks, training, and measurable benefits.
