Job summary
Genesis10 is seeking a Software Engineer for a hybrid, 12+ month contract with a Global Financial Institution in Chandler, AZ. The role involves developing and delivering complex software for AI agent use-cases and deterministic automation across engineering, delivery, and orchestration pillars.
You will contribute to story refinement, coding and testing, build AI-enabled workflows, integration patterns, and participate in delivery events.
Qualifications
- Experience translating business requirements into working technical capabilities.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in languages used for software engineering.
- Ability to develop for AI-enabled use-cases and deterministic automation.
- Experience with API-based integrations and reusable components.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation execution patterns.
- Understanding of SDLC practices including testing and version control.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to story refinement and requirements definition for AI agent use-cases, orchestration workflows, and deterministic automation capabilities
- Estimate work necessary to realize stories and requirements through the delivery lifecycle
- Perform spikes, proofs of concept, and technical experiments to reduce risk
- Code solutions and unit tests to deliver requirements and stories
- Build and enhance components that support AI-enabled workflows and deterministic automation
- Utilize multiple architectural components across data, application, workflow, and automation layers
- Assist the team with resolving technical complexities in story work
- Contribute to existing test suites, analyze results, and remediate defects
- Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, and support
- Participate in delivery and release events, including branching and PRs
- Support secure, observable, and maintainable delivery with logging and operational controls
- Work across Engineering, Delivery and Deterministic Automation Orchestration priorities
