Job summary
Delta's Reservations and Care Experience Design & Technology team seeks a hands-on Product Owner to lead day-to-day product delivery and translate business needs into build-ready requirements.
You will own the sprint backlog for AI and automation products, write and refine user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with IT squads to deliver measurable improvements while prioritizing customer and employee outcomes.
Qualifications
- Own and prioritize sprint backlog for AI/automation products.
- Translate business needs into build-ready requirements and stories.
- Own story writing and refinement with clear acceptance criteria and DoD.
- Lead agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, planning, standups, reviews, demos, retros.
- Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, designers, analysts, and IT teams.
- Monitor product performance and back-log via data.
- Develop plans to support employee safety and wellbeing.
