Job summary

Black Kite seeks a product/automation specialist to bridge business needs and AI development. You will gather requirements, write precise specs, build prototypes with Claude Code/OpenAI Codex, and deliver production-ready automations using no-code/low-code tools, while partnering with the AI Engineering Pod.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, monitor performance, and drive measurable impact across departments, contributing to Black Kite's AI roadmap and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience running requirements sessions with senior stakeholders and delivering adoptable solutions.
• Ability to write clear specifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience building with AI-native tools (Claude Code, Codex) and automation workflows.
• Proven track record turning manual processes into functioning automations.

Responsibilities

• Run structured requirements sessions with business stakeholders across departments.
• Assess feasibility, define scope, and translate needs into written specs.
• Build working prototypes to validate approaches and secure buy-in.
• Design automations using Claude Code, Codex, no-code/low-code platforms, and APIs.
• Manage delivery lifecycle from prototype to production and handoff.
• Maintain AI templates, skills libraries, and documentation for non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering Pod and governance to ensure compliance.
