Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a Senior AI Platform Product Expert to translate strategic AI initiatives into concrete features within the Charles River Investment Management Solution and Alpha Data Platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered capabilities embedded in investment workflows.

Qualifications

3–7+ years in product management, product delivery, or related roles.
Experience contributing to software or data platform initiatives.
Exposure to AI technologies (LLMs, ML models) preferred.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Translate AI strategy into executable product features and workflows.
Break down AI initiatives into deliverable features, user stories, and sprint priorities.
Identify and refine AI use cases aligned to product and client needs.
Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI-enabled functionality.
Support integration of LLMs, ML models, and APIs into product workflows.
Contribute to end-to-end delivery—from design through deployment and adoption.
Collaborate with UX/design teams for intuitive user experiences.
Monitor product performance and adoption to drive improvements.
Act as liaison across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
