Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with hands‑on tech experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering, integration, or automation in business settings.
• Experience building AI-assisted or LLM-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows, quantify manual effort, and define automation outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and select approaches for reliable automation.
• Design, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions across systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, M365, SharePoint).
• Build reliable, secure integrations with proper controls and monitoring.
• Establish QA practices and ensure security and data governance compliance.
• Provide training and support to ensure adoption and ownership.
• Measure KPIs like labor hours, cycle time, data quality, and user experience.
