Job summary

Kem Krest is seeking an AI & Business Process Improvement Intern to support the Account Management team by leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to improve efficiency and enhance customer support processes.

Working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, the intern will help streamline reporting, reduce manual tasks, and develop innovative solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree students actively pursuing related fields.
Strong interest in AI, automation, analytics, and process improvement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
Evaluate existing Account Management processes for efficiency.
Research, evaluate, test AI tools to boost productivity.
Develop workflows, automations, and process documentation.
Collaborate with team members to translate requirements into solutions.
Analyze data and present findings and business cases to leadership.
Support special projects focused on operational excellence.
Create and maintain documentation for process improvements.
