Job summary

Steady Rabbit is seeking an experienced AI Automation & Integration Engineer to build secure, scalable AI-powered workflows across enterprise SaaS platforms. You will lead MCP-based orchestration, integrate with Slack, Jira, Salesforce and AWS, and collaborate with IT, Security, and Infra teams to deliver reliable automation.

The role emphasizes API security, RBAC, IAM, and audit logging, with a focus on reusable integration frameworks and measurable efficiency through dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI automation and integration engineering.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable AI workflows.
• Experience with MCP or similar secure workflow frameworks.

Job Title: AI Automation & Integration Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Integration Engineer to build secure, scalable AI-powered workflows and automate business operations across enterprise SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

AI and Agentic Workflows:

• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP server development and integration for secure AI workflows.
• Expertise in agentic AI systems, LLMs (Claude), AI-to-API orchestration, and intelligent workflow automation.

Integrations and Automation:

• Strong experience in API development and integrations across Slack, Jira, Salesforce, GitHub, AWS, and internal applications.
• Experience developing reusable automation modules for onboarding, identity synchronization, provisioning, data lifecycle management, and CSV bulk imports.

Security and Compliance:

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), SAML/SSO, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and secure authentication.
• Strong understanding of API security, data integrity, audit logging, and compliance requirements across enterprise environments.

Engineering Practices and Collaboration:

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with AI, IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to design reliable, scalable automation solutions.

Preferred Experience:

• Preparing technical design documents (RFCs/TRDs).
• Building reusable integration frameworks.
• Measuring automation efficiency through dashboards and usage metrics.
