Job summary

Urrly, Inc. is seeking an AI Automation Engineer for a fully remote role within the United States. You’ll be a hands-on, AI-native builder focused on reducing manual work and boosting clarity across operations, finance, and clinical teams.

You’ll design and deploy solutions using AI-assisted development tools, APIs, SQL, Python, and low-code platforms, building dashboards and lightweight apps to improve visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in software engineering, automation, data engineering, technical operations, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to work with APIs, databases, SQL, Python, and integration tools.
• Experience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, data processes, and bottlenecks with business teams.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-assisted solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks, connect systems, and streamline workflows.
• Build dashboards and lightweight internal apps to improve visibility.
• Apply AI technologies to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Own projects from discovery through deployment and measurable impact.
