Job summary

Urrly, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations & AI Transformation Lead to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI-enabled solutions across operations, clinical services, scheduling, finance, and customer success.

In this role, you will map real workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and drive practical improvements using data, automation, and AI tools. You will collaborate with engineering, data, and technology teams, analyze performance data, and design dashboards and procedures to measure

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, or consulting.
Experience building AI-enabled workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
Excellent communication with leaders and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

Understand workflows and priorities with department leaders and frontline teams.
Map how work gets done, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve productivity and outcomes.
Identify AI, automation, low-code opportunities across operations.
Prototype lightweight AI solutions using low-code tools and dashboards.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and technology teams on advanced solutions.
Analyze operational data to define KPIs and quantify impact.
Build dashboards, reports, and operating procedures.
Own improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and optimization.
