Job summary

Urrly is a healthcare technology company that uses AI to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. We are seeking a software engineer to collaborate with operations, finance, clinical, and other teams to understand workflows and pain points.

You will prototype and deploy automation, dashboards, and internal apps using AI tools, APIs, SQL, and Python, and apply LLMs and AI agents to boost productivity and accuracy. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Self-starter with resourcefulness and business intuition, able to deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Work Model:

• Fully remote within the United States.
• Annual base salary of USD $120,000–$150,000, plus bonus and equity.
