Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing automations, integrations, scripts, or workflows in enterprise or services environments.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, human-in-the-loop patterns, guardrails, and production AI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflow solutions for Managed Services.
• Develops AI orchestration patterns connecting systems, data, prompts, APIs, and scripts to automate operations.
• Troubleshoots automation defects, integration failures, and AI workflow issues to deliver durable fixes.

Education
