Logicalis, Inc. is seeking an AI Integration & Automation Developer to design, build, test, and support AI-enabled automations and integrations across Managed Services.

You will translate operational problems into practical automation and AI workflows that reduce manual effort and improve service quality. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, with collaboration across technical and operational stakeholders and guidance from senior AI automation resources.

Qualificações

• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, and maintains AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflow solutions.
• Analyzes operational pain points and determines whether AI, automation, integration, or process improvement is best.
• Develops and supports LLM-enabled workflows with guardrails and fallback logic.
• Collaborates with engineers, service owners, and stakeholders to validate outcomes and requirements.
• Documents solution design, configuration, and support steps to reduce key-person dependency.
