Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building automations, integrations, scripts, and workflows in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, and workflow tools.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation.
• ITIL practices and service management knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains AI-enabled automations and integrations for Managed Services.
• Analyzes operational pain points and selects AI, automation, or process improvements.
• Develops AI-enabled workflows with guardrails and monitoring.
• Collaborates with engineers, service owners, and stakeholders to validate outcomes.
• Documents design, configuration, support steps, and ownership details.
• Supports testing, UAT, release readiness, and production support activities.
