Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an AI Automation Engineer II to help scale automation across home health operations. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered workflows, integrating Azure OpenAI services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The position requires 3–6 years in automation/AI, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and hands-on experience with Azure tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–6 years in automation, integration, or software engineering, with 2+ years in AI/ML.
• Experience with cloud AI services, especially Azure Stack (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry).
• Proficiency with integration/automation platforms (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions).
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on Python for AI workflows and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to ensure project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automating and optimizing business processes.
• Design, deploy, and support AI automation across the full lifecycle.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and maintainable in production.
• Stay updated with AI/automation industry trends and best practices.
• Provide timely answers via MS Teams, email, and phone.
