Elara Caring is seeking an AI Automation Engineer II to join our Dallas, TX team. You will design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions that scale across the organization, collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in automation and AI/ML, hands-on experience with Azure AI services, and a strong background in cloud-based workflows. This role reports to the AI Transformation Manager and offers a competitive salary with

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in automation, integration, or software engineering roles.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Experience in Agile IT environment.
• Hands-on with Azure Stack AI services.
• Familiarity with LLM-powered automation and RAG.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Design, develop, deploy and support AI automation solutions across full lifecycle.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability in production.
• Stay updated on AI automation industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate via MS Teams, email, and phone to address questions.
• Guide team knowledge sharing and mentorship.
• Manage workload with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
• Analyze data and performance to improve solution design.
