Job summary

Frost in Texas seeks an AI Automation Engineer II to design and deploy AI automation across interconnected systems, improving reliability and efficiency. You will develop reusable prompts and RAG pipelines, troubleshoot performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and metrics.

Bachelor’s in a technical field and 3+ years experience required; Python, LangChain, vector databases familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years in AI, automation, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python and AI orchestration experience.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data extraction/storage.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and model evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI automation across multiple systems.
• Develop prompts, workflows, copilots, and automated processes.
• Troubleshoot AI performance, integration, and automation issues.
• Improve coverage and efficiency with AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and metrics.
• Participate in governance and risk reviews for AI solutions.
• Optimize token usage and track LLM API costs.
