Job summary

Innovation-Technology-Services is seeking an AI Engineer in Pennington, NJ to design, implement, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems. The role requires strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.

You will work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases to build production-ready solutions, focusing on MLOps, deployment, and secure, observable pipelines. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, AI, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming with experience building scalable AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on with agentic AI frameworks, LangGraph, and MCP standards.
• Experience designing and implementing advanced RAG architectures, including Graph RAG.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-powered production systems.
• Strong experience with Python ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search) and semantic retrieval.
• Deep understanding of agent orchestration patterns (planning, reflection, tool usage, multi-agent collaboration).
• Strong understanding of LLMOps/MLOps (CI/CD, observability, monitoring, optimization).
• Familiarity with Model Risk Management (governance, validation, lifecycle controls).
• Proficiency with GitHub, VS Code, JIRA, and modern workflows.

Potential 3 years contract

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience building scalable AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, particularly LangGraph, and emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Strong experience designing and implementing advanced RAG architectures, including Graph RAG
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex
• Proven experience deploying LLM-powered production systems
• Strong experience with Python ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with NLP frameworks and tools to build text-based analytics and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience deploying models to production environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience applying AI solutions in marketing, sales, or revenue-focused contexts is a plus, along with familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
