Job Description:
Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the team that focus on end to end technology for surface devices including camera, display, sensor, audio etc. The team will be focusing in sprints – 6 weeks per project
- Key projects: This role will design and implement a suite of AI-powered agentic services—including reporting automation, codename mapping, team concierge agents, telemetry insights, and onboarding support. Will partnering directly with the PM on the team working to provide best design.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Sprint 6 week cadence: Typical day in the role will include limited meetings, research/prototyping a week, design a few days, initial implementation 1 week, one or two weeks testing out the implementation/fixing any issues
Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 3-4 years of experience required for the role
- Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or onsite
- Disqualifiers: Resumes with lack of holding job for at least a year.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate is comfortable working across domains, building reusable agentic patterns, and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent systems. As well as experience with Microsoft AI & automation stack: Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Copilot Agent, Agent-based architectures (e.g., MCP, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio), Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration, Scripting and agent development
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, meet deliverables on time, and ability to be proactive.
Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- 1. Minimum 2+ years experience Copilot Studio
- 2. Minimum 2+ year experience Azure OpenAI Service
- 3. Minimum 2+ years experience Visual Studio
- 4. Minimum 2+ years experience Power BI
- 5. Minimum 2+ years experience Power Automate plus
Summary:

This role will design and implement a suite of AI-powered agentic services—including reporting automation, codename mapping, team concierge agents, telemetry insights, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across domains, building reusable agentic patterns, and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Agent-based architectures (e.g., MCP, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio)
- Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
- Scripting and agent development
Job Responsibilities:
- Build intelligent automation workflows that extract, transform, and standardize data from Azure DevOps, Excel, and internal systems
- Integrate LLM-based components (e.g., Azure OpenAI) to generate summaries, insights, and narratives
- Develop reusable agentic services for codename mapping, team concierge support, telemetry insights, and onboarding
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define scalable templates and standards
- Maintain prompt logic and ensure agent reliability, traceability, and performance
- Conduct testing, validation, and continuous optimization of automation systems
- Customize and implement system software to meet evolving requirements
- Perform QA, unit testing, and post-deployment validation
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software development or automation engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Experience with large-scale systems, troubleshooting, and legacy modernization
- Agile development experience and strong problem-solving skills
