Airshare in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive AI automation initiatives and optimize business processes. The role collaborates with business users to capture requirements, implement Copilot and related technologies, and support adoption with training materials.

The position also provides occasional help desk support and reports to IT/Business Enablement teams. This on-site role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in MIS/IT/Business Administration/Data Analytics.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, process improvement, reporting, or related roles.
• Experience working directly with business users.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsabilités

• Meet with business users to understand workflows and challenges.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing technology solutions.
• Create process documentation and user guides.
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases across departments.
• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, Copilot solutions, and workflow automations.
• Develop solutions using Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform.
• Assist with adoption of AI technologies and monitor effectiveness.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
