Job summary

Fracht Group - North America is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to design and build AI-powered integration solutions across the organization, focusing on intelligent agents, tool calling, and reusable architectures on the MuleSoft platform. This role blends enterprise integration engineering with practical AI to enrich, transform, and act on data between customers, partners, and internal apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in software development with enterprise integration.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered apps and agents.
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration and AI governance.
• Experience with REST APIs and real-time integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-driven integrations on MuleSoft.
• Build intelligent agents and agentic workflows with tool calling and orchestration.
• Evolve point solutions into reusable, evergreen frameworks.
• Develop connections to LLM providers and model routing services.
• Implement retrieval patterns (RAG) to ground agents in data.
• Establish observability and monitoring for AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities.
