Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
• Develop integrations using the OpenAI API and other approved AI platforms.
• Configure and maintain AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, retrieval systems, and MCP servers.
• Create automation workflows connecting AI tools with internal business systems and software platforms.
• Support API integrations and secure data exchange between applications.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and administrative teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor AI workflows, integrations, and automation systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Assist with deployment, testing, version control, and change management for AI-enabled systems.
