Qualifications

• Experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions to improve business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills.
• Good understanding of process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation and AI solutions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Solution Delivery
• Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, workflow automation, low-code platforms)
• Develop AI use cases (agent assist, copilots, QA automation, document intelligence)
• Build prototypes and production-ready automation solutions
• Identify automation opportunities across business processes and assess feasibility/ROI
• Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes for automation
• Ensure automation readiness of workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Deploy and maintain automation solutions and monitor performance
• Apply AI governance standards and manage risk and ethics of AI solutions
