Job summary

Confluence is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI and automation solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations and Corporate Functions to design, govern and deliver AI enabled tools and workflows.

The role requires balancing innovation with business value, and enabling colleagues to adopt AI responsibly at a global scale. You will shape frameworks, guardrails and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience identifying, designing and implementing AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Translating business challenges into practical AI or automation solutions from concept to adoption.
• Practical experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, agents, copilots and enterprise AI platforms.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders to align decisions.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments with structure and prioritisation.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, risk and responsible AI.
• Experience evaluating opportunities balancing innovation with business value.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
