Job summary

Hudson Pacific Properties is seeking an AI specialist to support and accelerate the roll-out of AI solutions across the business. You’ll partner with Operations, Investments, Finance & Accounting, Legal, and beyond to understand day-to-day workflows and identify high‑value opportunities for AI‑enabled improvement.

You will design, build, and iterate on custom automation using Claude, Copilot, and other AI tools, translating business requirements from non‑technical stakeholders into working

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, real estate, data/computer science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude and/or Microsoft Copilot for real automation tasks.
• Comfortable learning new AI tools as needs evolve.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to automate repetitive processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Hudson Pacific to understand workflows and identify high‑value AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and iterate on automation using Claude, Copilot and other AI tools.
• Test new tools, research emerging solutions, and prepare clear recommendations.
• Document and train colleagues with guides to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with IT/data partners on data access, security, and integration.
• Track and report on automation impact across teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to department goals.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Gain hands‑on experience shaping how a public REIT adopts AI at scale.
