Job summary

Medpace is seeking a data/AI professional to design, fine-tune, and deploy ML models and AI tools across IT systems. You will collaborate with multiple teams to improve processes and provide insights to users, helping AI-driven clinical trial workflows progress toward market release.

The role requires hands-on work with NLP, LLMs, and AI pipelines, plus strong programming skills in Python and popular ML frameworks. Office-based with mentorship and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in AI, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• LLM fine-tuning or interactive AI apps with >1 year post-grad experience.
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with various AI capabilities and passion for AI innovation.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Stay up-to-date with NLP and AI advancements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy ML models to drive outcomes.
• Develop ML algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.
• Research and implement AI tools such as NLP, LLM, IA.
• Prepare data, preprocess, and curate large datasets for training.
• Experiment with supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, RL, and deep learning.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and deploy models in production.
• Develop scalable ML infra for training, testing, and deployment.
