Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Senior AI Engineer who works hands-on across AI, data, analytics and automation to solve real business problems. You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Product, or Corporate teams to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions and measurable value.

You will prototype, pilot, and scale AI, analytics, and automation using enterprise platforms, APIs, and low-code tools, delivering tangible outcomes and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience building AI, analytics, or automation solutions used in business workflows.
• Experience creating proofs of concept, prototypes, pilots, or MVPs.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Embed within a business domain to understand processes, workflows and challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and frontline users as the AI/problem-solving partner.
• Identify opportunities to improve decisions, productivity, and customer experience.
• Lead discovery sessions to define problems, constraints, and success metrics.
• Design AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and analytics tools.
• Develop working proofs of concept, pilots, or MVPs using real data.
