Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable learning new technology quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools.
• Basic experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, or workflow tools.
• Internship or project experience involving analytics, process improvement, or technology.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation: identify repetitive tasks that could be improved with AI or automation; help design and test AI-powered workflows.
• Process Improvement: document current processes, identify bottlenecks, and support standardization and improvement efforts.
• Data & Analytics: build simple dashboards and reports; analyze workflow data and present findings to leadership.
