Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field; advanced degrees a plus
• 3-5 years of professional experience delivering analytically complex technical or business solutions
• Experience with Python, APIs, automation frameworks, data engineering tools, or application development
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks, and workflow automation tools
• Experience with modern AI development platforms and coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions
• Exposure to data-intensive, analytical, consulting, strategy, financial services, or technology environments is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business processes
• Prototype, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies, including large language models, autonomous agents, workflow automation solutions, and data enrichment tools
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify high-impact use cases and translate business needs into practical technical solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and technology partners to accelerate AI adoption and share best practices
• Evaluate external AI platforms and vendors, conduct proof-of-concepts, and lead implementation efforts where appropriate

• Champion AI adoption by educating stakeholders, providing training, and promoting effective use of AI-powered tools and workflows
• Stay current on advancements in AI and recommend new capabilities that can create business value
