The role will handle administrative and technical functions, reporting, analysis and user support for AI technologies and automation workflows campus-wide.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large software platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, nebulaONE, and Cascade.
• Experience with AI agents, workflows, and custom apps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative functions for AI technologies and automation workflows used on campus.
• Provide management and support for the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and nebulaONE AI Gateway.
• Offer extra support coverage for Zoom, Cascade CMS, and the full M365 suite of applications.
