Job summary

James Madison University Information Technology is hiring two AI and Automation Administrators to join the AI, Collaboration, and Web Services team on campus in Harrisonburg, VA. These roles focus on maintaining AI/automation systems and supporting the university’s digital platforms.

The positions will handle administrative and technical duties, deliver reporting and analytics, and assist users across AI workflows. Experience with Microsoft 365, Zoom, nebulaONE and Cascade CMS is preferred.

• Ability to learn, configure, and troubleshoot software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and technical functions for AI technologies and automation workflows used on campus.
• Provide reporting, analysis and user-support for AI and automation platforms.
• Maintain and support Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and nebulaONE Gateway; provide coverage for Zoom and Cascade CMS.
