Job summary

Brooksource is hiring a part-time AI Instructor to help a large Pennsylvania organization get real value from everyday AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini. You will deliver hands-on training onsite alongside a lead consultant, running office hours and helping non-technical staff go from not sure to actively using AI in their day-to-day work.

This role focuses on training and facilitation, not engineering.

Qualifications

Job description

We're hiring a part-time AI Instructor to help a large Pennsylvania organization (about 700 employees) get real, confident value from everyday AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini. You will be working alongside a lead consultant who owns the curriculum and program strategy, you'll be the person in the room: delivering hands-on training and labs, running office hours, and helping people go from "not sure about this" to genuinely using AI in their day-to-day work. This is a training and facilitation role, not a technical one. We're looking for a great trainer and communicator who uses AI comfortably, not an AI engineer.

What you'll do:

• Facilitate hands-on AI training sessions, labs, and workshops, primarily onsite
• Run recurring office hours and drop-in clinics so participants can practice and get unstuck
• Deliver tool-based and role-based training on Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini across departments
• Adapt and build training materials, job aids, and quick-reference guides to an established curriculum
• Gather feedback and help measure how adoption is progressing

What we're looking for:

• A strong facilitator and communicator who can teach non-technical adult learners and keep a room engaged
• Real training or teaching experience, such as a corporate trainer, L&D facilitator, or educator who has moved into professional training
• Hands-on comfort with mainstream AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, and/or Gemini), enough to teach them credibly. Deep technical expertise is not required
• Coachable and collaborative, comfortable delivering someone else's curriculum in your own style
• Based in PA or the nearby Northeast and able to travel to the Harrisburg area periodically for onsite sessions (travel reimbursed)

Nice to have:

• Change management, instructional design, or adult-learning background
• Experience with enterprise or government audiences
• Familiarity with responsible AI, data security, and governance basics
