Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, architectural project management, design, construction, real estate development, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and technologies in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of architectural and/or real estate development processes.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools and determine practical applications within real-world workflows.

• Work directly with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop technology-driven solutions.
• Manage architectural and design projects, including schedules, deliverables, consultants, budgets, and project coordination.
• Review architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Utilize AI to assist with document review, design analysis, research, project tracking, reporting, and other project-related functions.
• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and determine how they can be practically applied to architecture, construction, and real estate.
• Develop and implement best practices for responsible and effective use of AI throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and support internal teams and outside consultants in the effective use of AI tools.
• Measure the effectiveness of AI implementations and continuously improve workflows based on results.
• Serve as a technology-forward partner to ownership, helping identify opportunities to make projects faster, more efficient, and more cost-effective.

AI & Architectural Project Manager A growing real estate owner/developer is seeking an AI & Architectural Project Manager to lead the integration and application of artificial intelligence across architectural, design, and development projects. The primary objective of this role is to identify, implement, and optimize AI-driven tools and workflows that accelerate architectural projects, improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and streamline the overall project delivery process. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of architecture, design, construction, or real estate development with demonstrated, hands‑on experience using AI and emerging technology to improve workflows and project outcomes. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who is excited about applying AI to real-world projects and building new processes from the ground up.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated hands‑on experience using AI tools and technologies in a professional environment. Strong understanding of architectural and/or real estate development processes. Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. Ability to evaluate AI tools and determine practical applications within real-world workflows. Experience with tools such as generative AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI agents, workflow automation, BIM/Revit, computational design, or similar technologies. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documents, and design processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
