Job summary

Aux Partners is seeking a highly motivated AI-centric Engineer to join its AI & Analytics team. You will contribute to deployment, maintenance, and scale of AI tools across operations, product, and client-facing workflows, collaborating with data engineers, PMs, and architects.

The role focuses on AI implementation, scalable infrastructure, and cross-functional support, with emphasis on GenAI, NLP, and ML, ensuring secure, compliant production environments and delivering value through automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Python, MySQL, and ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Redshift, AWS) and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile AI centric Engineer to join our growing AI & Analytics team. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Business Planning and Analysis and be part of an exclusive team of data engineers and developers playing a vital role in the development of and roll out of bleeding edge strategic products. You will join our existing AI engineer, PM, architect, and two python SQL data and automation engineers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in AI deployments, maintaining robust environments, and supporting cross-functional teams; including operations, sales, client management, strategy, and product in leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Implementation & Deployment
• Collaborate with our AI engineer and Senior Director of Business Planning and Analysis to implement aide in the implementation of our AI tools and apps into production environments.
• Manage infrastructure setup, including cloud environments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI systems in alignment with enterprise standards.

Operational Scaling through Agents & Automation

• Design and deploy AI agents and automation frameworks to streamline valuation workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for automation across operations and client-facing processes.
• Build scalable systems that support high-volume, low-latency AI-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with operations and client management teams to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and client deliverables.
• Work with product and strategy teams to prototype and refine AI-driven features and services.
• Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on AI capabilities and usage.
• Maintain and optimize development and production environments for AI experimentation and deployment.
• Monitor model performance and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Support data ingestion, transformation, and annotation pipelines in collaboration with data engineering.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, including GenAI, NLP, and computer vision, and evaluate their applicability to valuation workflows.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of SVI’s AI infrastructure, including integrations with Dataverse, Power Platform, and proprietary tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Python (notably Jupyter / Anaconda), MySQL, and ML frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Redshift, AWS)
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, and related
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with valuation, real estate, or financial services is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience building and deploying AI agents or automation systems in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and LLM integration.
• Experience with workflow and mapping tools, specifically Ollama, n8n a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
