The ideal candidate has a strong software foundation and proven experience integrating generative AI into customer-facing products and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience deploying AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered solutions into production environments.
• Strong experience with Python, Go, Java, or a comparable programming language.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and distributed applications.
• Proven experience integrating AI-powered functionality into software products.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and application scalability.
• Experience evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing production systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software applications.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services that support intelligent workflows.
• Integrate large language models into customer and business-facing applications.
• Create evaluation and monitoring processes to improve AI performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design new features and capabilities.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, infrastructure, and AI systems.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and operational stability.
• Support AI initiatives from development through production deployment.
• Participate in system design and technical architecture discussions.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices across the team.
