The role requires 4+ years of software engineering in production and 4+ years implementing AI/ML in commercial apps with strong Python/Go/Java skills, API/backend experience, and cloud familiarity. Hybrid schedule with three onsite days per week in Waltham.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience implementing AI/ML in commercial apps.
• Strong programming experience with Python, Go, Java or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered capabilities in production.
• Design services and integrations for intelligent workflows.
• Connect AI tech with existing platforms and systems.
• Develop evaluation and monitoring for AI effectiveness.
• Improve reliability, scalability and performance of apps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver solutions.
