Location: Waltham, MA

Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite Per Week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Base Salary: $127,000 - $220,000

A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a Software Engineer, AI Applications to help design and deliver intelligent software solutions that improve customer experiences and streamline business operations.

This position is focused on building production-grade applications that leverage modern AI technologies to solve real business challenges. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering foundation along with proven experience integrating generative AI capabilities into customer-facing products and operational workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions, support AI-powered features throughout their lifecycle, and help drive the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 4+ years of experience deploying AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered solutions into production environments
• Strong experience with Python, Go, Java, or a comparable programming language
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and distributed applications
