Job summary

Motion Recruitment in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA. You will lead backend platform initiatives using Java and Kotlin, partnering with cross-functional teams to design scalable cloud-native services.

You'll drive AI-enabled development tooling, improve CI/CD pipelines, and advance cloud infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping platform strategy in a hands-on capacity.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with Java and Kotlin.
• Experience designing cloud-native platforms and infrastructure.
• Background in platform engineering or developer experience.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Knowledge of modern cloud architecture and IaC.
