  • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support evaluation, rollout, and measurement of AI-enabled legal tech solutions.
  • Coordinate pilots, new features, and model releases; track progress and uptake.
  • Develop evaluation plans, test cases, success measures, and feedback processes.
  • Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and product trackers; summarize results.
  • Prepare briefing materials and coordinate meetings, demos, and training as needed.
  • Assist with rollout decisions and phased deployments based on findings.
