Job summary

Google Cloud's GDC AI Applications and Agents team in Sunnyvale seeks a Software Engineer to build and deploy Agentic AI applications on GDC. You will design, implement, and test features for user-facing AI components and contribute to the Agent Platform, APIs, and integrations.

Collaborate with Product Management, UX designers, and other engineering teams to deliver AI solutions, mentor junior engineers, and scale AI systems on on-premises infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of software development experience or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• Experience building and deploying generative AI agents.
• Experience with ML, AI, and platform development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test features for user-facing AI applications built on GDC.
• Implement components and services for the GDC Agent Platform, APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
• Improve AI Developer Experience by tooling, docs, and examples.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and other engineering teams.
