Job summary

Google Sunnyvale and Kirkland seek a Senior Agent Engineer for Google Cloud Applied AI. You will build and deploy advanced conversational AI agents, mentor teams, and influence product direction with customer insights.

Role involves deep ML design, GenAI expertise, and delivering scalable AI solutions for strategic customers while collaborating with core product and engineering teams. Excellent documentation and tooling are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years in ML design and infrastructure including deployment and evaluation.
Experience with GenAI concepts and text/image/audio generation.

Responsibilities

Design, co-develop and deploy conversational AI agents for strategic customers.
Write bespoke code and tooling, contribute to core product as needed.
Create reusable tools, comprehensive docs and accelerators from field learnings.
Provide feedback to product teams, shaping strategy and feature gaps.
Offer expert guidance on agent improvement, CI/CD and production readiness.
